Cheesy Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block original cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese, divided
  • 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños, roughly chopped, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup diced green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Tortilla chips, for serving (optional)
  • Sliced French bread, for serving (optional)

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar, mozzarella, and 1/4 cup of parmesan in a medium bowl until blended.

  2. Add bacon, jalapeños, green chilies, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

  3. Transfer mixture evenly into a lightly greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Top evenly with the remaining parmesan cheese.

  4. Bake until dip is bubbling at edges and top is golden-brown, about 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with parsley, additional bacon, and additional jalapeños. Serve warm with tortilla chips or bread.
