Halloween Jack-O-Lantern Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • 8 tortillas, 6” fajita size
  • 2 cups Food Club Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
  • Food Club Sour Cream, optional
  • Food Club Picante Sauce, optional

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In stacks of two, use a kitchen knife to cut a “stem” out of each pair of flour tortillas. Place one tortilla of each pair on a baking sheet and cut a jack-o-lantern face into the other.
  3. On the baking sheet, cover each of the 4 tortillas with a 1/2 cup cheese and place the jack-o-lantern tortillas on top lining up the stems. 
  4. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melty. Serve with sour cream and picante sauce, if desired.
