4-Ingredient Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Food Club Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/4 cup Full Circle Market Organic 100% Honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Pinch of Kosher salt
  • Optional: Mint, for garnish

Directions

  1. Pulse mango in food processor until roughly chopped.
  2. Scrape down sides of the bowl. Add honey, lime juice, and salt.
  3. Leave food processor on until sorbet reaches desired consistency. Continue scraping sides of the bowl down as needed. 
  4. Enjoy immediately or freeze in a well-sealed container for up to two weeks.

Tip: Let stand at room temperature for at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
