Frozen Latte Popsicles

Makes 8 popsicles

Ingredients

• 2-3 cups your favorite Wide Awake Coffee Co. Ready-to-Drink Coffee Drink
• Chocolate "Magic Shell"-style ice cream topping
• Your favorite ice cream toppings (like chopped nuts or sprinkles!)

Directions

1. Divide coffee drink evenly among 8 popsicle molds. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until hard, at least 8 hours.
2. Remove popsicles from the molds and dip into chocolate topping. Before chocolate sets (work quickly!), sprinkle with or dredge in nuts, sprinkles, and other desired toppings. Serve immediately.
