Rich & Creamy Apricot Appetizers
Ingredients
- Crav'n Flavor Multi-Grain Rich & Crisp Crackers
- Cream cheese
- Apricot jam
- Dried apricots, chopped
- Mint
Directions
- Spread a layer of cream cheese on one side of a cracker.
- Top with a dollop of apricot jam; spread evenly over cream cheese.
- Sprinkle dried apricots on top and garnish with a mint leaf. Enjoy!
