Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup Food Club Vegetable Oil (or Food Club Butter, melted)
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 Fresh Harvest Eggs
  • 1 tsp. Food Club Vanilla Extract
  • 1 1/2 cups Food Club Granulated Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 1/3 cups Food Club All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Food Club Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Food Club Baking Powder
  • 2-3 cups of whatever Halloween chocolates, salty snacks, and mini treats you have left, chopped into bite-size pieces. For example:
    • Peanut butter cups
    • Pretzel sticks
    • Caramel chunks
    • Chocolate creme sandwich cookies
    • Mini marshmallows

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, whisk water, oil, vanilla extract, and eggs. Add sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder; stir to combine.
  2. Evenly spread half the batter into the baking dish. Top with half the chopped candy. Pour other half of brownie batter on top, smooth out, and sprinkle with remaining candy.
  3. Bake 50-60 minutes. Cool before serving. Enjoy!
