Grilled Dessert Peaches

Yield: 8 Peach Halves
Ingredients
- 4 freestone peaches, halved and pitted
- 2 T. olive oil
- ½ cup crème fraiche
- Fresh raspberries (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
- Balsamic glaze (optional)
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios (optional)
Method
- Preheat a grill to medium-high.
- Brush each cut side of peach halves with some olive oil and grill
cut-side-down for 5-7 minutes. With a thin metal spatula, flip
the peaches over and grill for 2-3 minutes longer – just until the
peaches begin to wrinkle and get juicy. - Top each peach half with a dollop of crème fraiche, raspberries,
a drizzle of balsamic glaze, and a sprinkle of pistachios if using.
Garnish with mint leaves if using and serve immediately.
