Halloween Popcorn Pumpkins

Ingredients

  • 12 cups Food Club Microwave Popcorn 
  • 1 stick (8tbs) Food Club Butter 
  • 6 cups Food Club Mini Marshmallows 
  • 1.5 cups Red Button Candy Corn
  • 3 tbs. Halloween sprinkles, optional

Directions

  1. Spray a large bowl with cooking oil and add popped popcorn, set aside. 
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Pour marshmallow mixture over popcorn and gently stir until mostly combined. Add candy corn and continue stirring until mixed and evenly coated.
  3. Allow mixture to cool slightly before spraying hands with cooking oil and rolling popcorn mixture into    12- 1 cup balls about the size of a softball. Roll in sprinkles, if desired and place on prepared baking sheet to cool.
  4. Allow popcorn balls to continue cooling then wrap each one in plastic and store at room temperature for up to 1 week.
