Brookshire Brothers Announces Grand Opening of New In-Store Pharmacy in Jarrell
Grand Opening Celebration Set for March 4 at 10 a.m.
JARRELL, TEXAS (February 24, 2026) — In one of the fastest-growing communities in Central Texas, Brookshire Brothers is proud to announce the grand opening of its new in-store pharmacy in Jarrell.
A grand opening celebration will take place March 4 at 10 a.m., featuring free giveaways, complimentary blood pressure checks, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Jarrell Chamber of Commerce. Community members are invited to attend and help mark the occasion.
The pharmacy, located inside the Brookshire Brothers grocery store at 180 Town Center Blvd., officially opened on February 19. Integrating the pharmacy within store operations allows Brookshire Brothers to serve customers in a coordinated, efficient manner while meeting the needs of a rapidly expanding population.

Prior to opening, the company invested in upgraded technology and installed a brand-new drive-thru window to expand access and provide patients with a convenient option for quick, safe prescription pickup.
