Brookshire Brothers, as in the past, has partnered with Fidelity Enrollment Services to give our employees the best enrollment experience in the industry.
Insurance can be complicated and giving access to on-site benefit counselors can take the guesswork out of choosing the right benefits for themselves and their family.
Posters, letting our employees know when Benefit Counselors are scheduled for on-site visits, have been shipped to each store.
As a reminder, employees may only enroll in benefits during this annual open enrollment unless they have a qualifying life event. Otherwise, enrollment cannot take place until Spring 2025.
Below is a copy of the schedule for the on-site Benefit Counselors. It is very important for employees to meet with a Benefit Counselor during the time they are on-site per this schedule.
If employees miss the opportunity while the Benefit Counselors are on-site, they may call (800) 396-8358 anytime during the open enrollment period and get assistance via the call center.
