Retail Training Coordinator

SUMMARY The Retail Training Coordinator is the support person to retail employees in areas relating to training, customer service, and company policy and procedure. They will also collaborate with subject matter experts and develop content for eLearning modules and other forms of training.

- Provide retail employees with training on customer service, office processes, procedures, compliance trainings, Kronos, POS system, DSD, and and price change system on site.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of retail procedures and training programs, including e-Learning initiatives.
- Maintain and develop end user Kronos procedures.
- Be willing and able to perform other duties as assigned such as general cleaning, custodial duties, and other activities as directed by management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED with at least 1-3 months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
