SUMMARY Responsible for preparation and make-up of the manufactured bakery products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Mixing, panning and baking. Insure the quality and quantity of the product make-up. Responsible keeping accurate weights on products. Insure make-up procedures are neat for eye appeal.
