    Brookshire Brothers Anywhere is our new online grocery shopping service powered by Rosie. Simply log in, shop for your items, select a time, and arrive at the store to pick them up or have them delivered right to your door.

  • How much does it cost?

    There is currently no convenience fee for curbside pickup. Delivery fees vary by location and distance. Product prices are the same online as they are in-store. All advertised discounts and promotions found in your store’s weekly ad are honored at the same price you would receive in the store. All advertised discounts will be reflected on your final receipt when you receive your order. If you notice an item you believe is priced incorrectly, please email us at anywhere@brookshirebros.com

  • Do you offer Delivery?

    We do! We offer delivery from all of our Anywhere locations. The delivery radius and fees vary by location.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    You can order anytime, anywhere! Our pickup time windows can be viewed throughout the shopping process and then selected during the checkout process. Additionally, you can pick up your groceries within 4 hours of placing your order.

  • How fast can I pick up my order?

    We can fulfill your order the same day you place it, however, we do require a 4 hour lead time. The last time an order can be placed for same-day delivery is 1:00 PM. The last time that an order can be placed for same-day curbside pickup is 3:00 pm. However, we will text you if your order is ready earlier than your selected pickup or delivery time.

  • How does it work?
    • Create an account using the link on the homepage or by visiting https://brookshirebrothers.force.com/login
    • Search for items using the search bar at the top of the page
    • Search for items using the department navigation on the left-hand side of the page
    • Add items to your cart by hovering over the item and selecting the quantity needed
    • Click on the cart tab on the right-hand side of the screen
    • Select curbside pickup or delivery and enter your contact information
    • Choose a date and time to pick up your items
    • Review your order and enter any promotion codes you may have
    • Check out with your choice of payment (credit or debit card)
    • Have your confirmation code handy at your scheduled time/location for pick up or delivery
  • Is there a minimum or maximum order basket size?

    The minimum order basket size is $10.00 for curbside pick up or delivery. We do not have a maximum basket size—shop to your heart’s content!

  • How far in advance can I place my order?

    You may place your order up to seven days in advance. If you would like to make changes to your order, please contact the store in which you placed your order or email support@rosieapp.com or call 1-855-ROSIENOW (1-855-767-4366).

  • Do you have a freshness guarantee?

  • Can I pay with a gift card?

    We do not accept gift cards at this time. Payment must be made by credit or debit cards at the time of purchase.

  • Can I order groceries as a gift for someone?

    Absolutely.  Go online and order groceries for an elderly parent, college student, or friend! You can pay for the groceries and send anonymously, or you can send a note letting them know it’s a gift and provide them with the confirmation code.

  • What if I miss my pickup window?

    If you miss your time slot, we will contact you to reschedule. If you know in advance you will not be able to receive your groceries at the time you chose, please contact the store in which you placed the order or at 1-855-ROSIENOW (1-855-767-4366).

  • Where do I pick up my order?
    • Look for the Brookshire Brothers Anywhere parking spots in the store parking lot
    • Call or text the number on your email confirmation or on the store parking lot sign and we will deliver your order to your car and load your groceries for you.  Make sure you have your confirmation code available when you pick up your order.
  • What is a Celebrate Rewards account?

    Celebrate Rewards is our loyalty program that requires NO CARD. You simply use your 10-digit phone number that is associated with your account to get ALL of the perks that Celebrate Rewards offers.

  • Why do I not see my Celebrate Rewards savings when checking out?

    You will see your Celebrate savings when you receive your receipt at the time of grocery pick up or delivery.

     

  • What is my 10-digit Celebrate Rewards account number?

    The 10 digit number is the phone number you used to set up your Celebrate Rewards account. Please make sure there are no characters or letters in your number.

  • Is there a mobile app for Brookshire Brothers Anywhere?

    Yes! Brookshire Brothers Anywhere is available through the Rosie app. Both Android and Apple users may download this app using the links below:
