• What is Brookshire Brothers Anywhere?

    Brookshire Brothers Anywhere is our new online grocery shopping service powered by Rosie.   Simply login, shop for your items, select a pickup time and arrive at the store to pick them up.  Delivery is available at select locations.


  • Where is Brookshire Brothers Anywhere available?

    Brookshire Brothers Anywhere, is now available at our Brookshire Brothers Frank Street and Chestnut locations in Lufkin, TX,  Vidor, TX and Magnolia, TX. 

  • How much does it cost?

    The convenience fee for all orders is $4.99. Prices online may vary from those in-store. All advertised discounts and promotions found in your store’s weekly ad are honored at the same price you would receive in the store. If you notice an item you believe is priced incorrectly, please email us at anywhere@brookshirebrothers.com.

  • Do you offer Delivery?

    We do! Up to 15 miles from the Frank Street location only.  The delivery fees vary depending on distance from the Frank Street store. 0-5 Miles - $9.99, 5.1-10 Miles - $14.99, 10.1 – 15 - $19.99.

  • What are your hours of operation?

    You can order anytime, anywhere! Our Pickup windows can be viewed throughout the shopping process and can be chosen during the checkout process. Additionally, you can pick up your groceries within 4 hours of placing your order.

  • How fast can I pick up my order?

    We can fulfill your order the same day you place it, however we do require a 4 hour lead time.   The last time that an order can be placed for same day pickup is 1:00 pm. Although, we will text you if your order is ready earlier than your pickup time.


  • How does it work?
    • Create an account using the link on the homepage or by visiting https://brookshirebrothers.force.com/login
    • Search for items using the search bar at the top of the page
    • Search for items using the department navigation on the left hand side of the page
    • Add items to your cart by hovering over the item and selecting the quantity needed
    • Click on the cart tab on the right hand side of the screen
    • Select in-store pickup and enter your contact information
    • Choose a date and time to pick up your items
    • Review your order and enter any promotion codes
    • Checkout with your credit card
    • Pickup your order - be sure to have your confirmation code handy
  • Is there a minimum or maximum order basket size?

    The minimum order basket size is $30.00 for curbside or delivery. We do not have a maximum basket size. Shop to your heart’s content!

  • How far in advance can I place my order?

    You may place your order up to five days in advance. If you would like to make changes to your order please email support@rosieapp.com or call 936-219-7480.

  • Do you have a freshness guarantee?

  • Can I pay with a gift card?

    We do not accept gift cards at this time. Payment must be made by credit or debit cards at the time of purchase.

  • Can I order groceries as a gift for someone?

    Absolutely.  Go online and order groceries for your elderly parent, college student or friend! You can pay for the groceries and send anonymously or you can send a note letting them know it’s a gift.

  • What if I miss my pickup window?

    If you miss your timeslot, we will contact you to reschedule. If you know in advance you will not be able to receive your groceries at the time you chose, please contact us at 936.219.7480.

  • Where do I pick up my order?
    • Look for the Brookshire Brothers Anywhere parking spots in the store parking lot
    • Call or text the number on your email confirmation and we will deliver your order to your car and load your groceries for you.  Make sure you have your confirmation code available when you pick up your order.
  • What is a Celebrate Account?

    CELEBRATE! - That is our loyalty platform that requires NO CARD. You simply use your 10 digit phone number that is associated with your account to get ALL of the perks that CELEBRATE offers.

  • Why do I not see my savings when checking out?

    You will see your CELEBRATE savings when you receive your receipt at the time of grocery pick up or delivery.


  • What is my 10 digit Celebrate Account Number?

    The 10 number is just the phone number you set up your account with. Please make sure there are no characters or letters in your number.
