SUMMARY A meat cutter performs quality, profitable cuts to meet to company specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. The first and most important responsibility and accountability is to provide friendly, courteous service to our customers. A meat cutter will receive from the Distribution Center meat in cases to be cut, sliced, sawed or ground into specific "cuts" of meat. He/she will make the "cuts" to be packaged and displayed in the meat case. He/she will also assist in various other activities directed by the general operation of the store as needed, including general cleaning and custodial duties and other specific activities as directed by management.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE The store will provide necessary training.
