SUMMARY  A meat clerk wraps meat into packages to be displayed for the customer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.  The first and most important responsibility and accountability is to provide friendly, courteous service to our customers.  A meat clerk is responsible for wrapping the product, displaying product neatly and stock cases.  They are also required to accurately price merchandise, operate weight scales, load labelers and re-supply meat film and stickers.  She/he will also assist in various other activities as directed by the general operation of the store, as needed, including general cleaning and custodial duties and other specific activities as directed by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE The store will provide necessary training

PHYSICAL DEMANDS  All physical demands and other requirements will be discussed during the application and interview of the potential employee.
