SUMMARY Supervise, train and assign duties to department employees of the bakery and deli.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. First and most important responsibility and accountability is to provide friendly courteous service to our customer. Responsible for preparing and maintaining the bakery and deli along with handling sales transactions with the customer. Plan Menu and food service duties. Responsible for unloading trucks with bakery and deli supplies. Will prepare sales and inventory reports, as well as reaching and exceeding budgetary guidelines as set by the company.
