GENERAL QUESTIONS

How do I verify that I have a Brookshire Brothers online account?

  1. Click on the following link: www.BrookshireBrothers.com/login
  2. On the far right of the screen, you will see a grey box, which states, "Not sure if you have an account?".
  3. Enter your email address in that box and click Check It. The answer will appear under the grey box.

How do I log in to my account?

  1. To log in to your account, please click on the following link: www.BrookshireBrothers.com/login
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click Login.

I can’t remember my username. How can I access it?

  • To request that your username be emailed to you, click on the following link: www.BrookshireBrothers.com/login
  • Enter the email address associated with your account and click Request Username. An automated email will be sent to you.

I can’t remember my password or it does not work. How can I reset my password?

  1. To request that a password be emailed to you, click on the following link: (www.BrookshireBrothers.com/login).
  2. Enter your username and the email address associated with your account and click Request Reset Password. An automated email will be sent to you.
  • Once you login to your account, you can change your password back to something that's easier to remember on the My Login Information page. Your password is encrypted; therefore no one can see it. We will not be able to send you your current password; it must be reset.

I'm locked out of my account. How do I unlock my account?

  • Once you have unsuccessfully tried to login to your account six (6) times, your account will be locked. When an account becomes locked, an automatic email will be sent and a system administrator must unlock your account. During normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, your account will be unlocked and you will receive an email that your account has been unlocked within an hour.

I have changed my email address. How do I get my emails at my new email address?

  1. Login to your account. (If you have problems logging into your account, please refer to questions 3-5)
  2. Click on My Account in the upper right corner of the brookshirebrothers.com homepage (if you are not already on that page). Your email address is on the My Account Details page.
  3. Update the address and click Save Changes. The information is updated immediately and all future emails will be delivered to your new address.
  4. Please add BrookshireBrothers.com to your new account's safe sender's list. (Not sure how? See questions 2-3 of BBrosConnects QUESTIONS).

I have moved. How do I change my contact information?

  1. Login to your account. (If you have problems logging into your account, please refer to questions 3-5)
  2. Click on My Account in the upper right corner of the brookshirebrothers.com homepage (if you are not already on that page). Your address is on the My Account Details page.
  3. Update the address and click Save Changes.

I cannot find my local store's weekly ad.

  1. Click on the following link: www.brookshirebrothers.com/find-a-store
  2. Enter your zip code and click Search.
  3. If you still do not see your store, change the distance to your address. The default might be too few miles from your home address to your store's address.

How do I enter my promotion code (entry code) to enter a contest?

  1. Go to BrookshireBrothers.com.
  2. Click on the Contest page by either clicking the correct image on the homepage slideshow or click on the correct contest under the Specials & Promotions dropdown menu.
  3. Login to your account. (If you have problems logging into your account, please refer to questions 3-5 of GENERAL QUESTIONS)
  4. You will see Entry Code (required) and an entry blank. Fill in the entry blank and click the box that you agree to the Official Contest Rules.
  5. Click ENTER THE CONTEST, but only click once. You will see a message that your entry code has been received.
  6. If you do not see an Entry Code, refer to question 1b of BBrosConnects QUESTIONS, as you are not a member of BBrosConnects, or you live outside the contest area of TX or LA.

Where can I find my promo (entry code) for the contest?

  • Your promo code is a 16 digit number towards the bottom of your Brookshire Brothers register receipt during the contest dates. If you do not see a code, verify that your receipt is dated between the contest start and end date and that it is from a Brookshire Brothers grocery store or Tobacco Barn (does not include receipts from our Conoco locations). See Official Rules on the online contest page for more contest details.

I entered my promo code and it says the code has already been used. How has my code already been used?

  • If you clicked the Submit button twice when entering your code, you will receive an error message. The 1st click submitted the code and the 2nd click showed that the code was already entered. Please only click once when entering a promo code. Another member of your family may have entered the promo code.

I entered my promo code and it says code is not valid. Why is my code not valid?

  • An error of "not valid" can result from typing the code incorrectly, typing an entry code that is from a previous contest, or double-clicking the submit button. Verify that the entry code is from a receipt during the valid contest dates. See Official Rules on the online contest page for more contest details.

Am I subscribed to BBrosConnects if I register an account through the BrookshireBrothers.com website?

  1. When you register with BrookshireBrothers.com you are given the option to opt-in to BBrosConnects and are only subscribed if the opt-in box is checked.
  2. When you enter in a contest on BrookshireBrothers.com, you agree to opt-in to BBrosConnects automatically.
  3. You may unsubscribe from E-Mail subscriptions at any time by logging into your account and click on the "Subscriptions" tab.

Who won the last contest?

  • The contest winners are posted based on the dates in the Official Contest rules, usually 1 ½ weeks after the contest ends. The winners are posted on the official contest page of brookshirebrothers.com. On the homepage, click on the contest page under Specials & Promotions to find the Official Contest page. Only officially confirmed winners will be posted.

BBrosConnects QUESTIONS

What are the steps to signup to BBrosConnects?

  1. Click on the following link:www.brookshirebrothers.com/myaccount/my-subscriptions
  2. You must fill in the Required Information, choose a username and password, agree that you are over 18 years of age, click the yellow box (sign up for BBrosConnects), and type in the Visible Letters.
  3. Click Submit.
  • A BBrosConnects account is required in order to receive weekly emails, access the weekly coupons and enter promotional contests. If you already have an online account, but are not registered for BBrosConnects...
    1. Login to your account (If you have problems logging into your account, please refer to questions 3-5 of GENERAL QUESTIONS)
    2. Click on My Account in the upper right corner of the screen (if you are not already on that page).
    3. Click on My Subscriptions and make sure you are currently subscribed. If you see a green box that says CLICK HERE TO SUBSCRIBE, then you are not subscribed and need to click the green box.

Why do I need to include Brookshirebrothers.com to my safe sender's list?

  • Email Providers, such as Yahoo!, Hotmail, Consolidated, etc., have their own security settings, which can stop emails, such as ours, from going to your inbox. By adding us to your Safe Sender's List, you are telling them that you WANT to receive our emails. Email providers change their security settings often, which is why you could receive our email one week and not receive it the next, unless you add brookshirebrothers.com to your safe sender's list.

How do I add Brookshirebrothers.com to my safe sender's list?

  • Each email provider has its own safe sender's list and each one has a different way to add someone. The list below shows procedures for the top providers.
    • Yahoo: Log in and click Contacts in the top left corner, click New Contact, in the email field enter bbrosconnects@brookshirebrothers.com and click save. If the email is delivered to your Bulk Folder, open it and click Not Spam.
    • Hotmail: Log in then click Options in the top right corner of your screen. Click More Options. Under Junk Mail click Safe and Blocked Senders. Click Safe Senders. Type Brookshirebrothers.com and click Add to List.
    • Gmail: Click Contacts from Mail dropdown along the left side of your screen, then click New Contact. Type bbrosconnects@brookshirebrothers.com in the email location, then Click Save Now in the top right corner.
    • Consolidated: Log in then click on Junk Mail Control on the left side of your screen. Add brookshirebrothers.com to the Allowed Senders and Allowed Mailing List.

I'm signed up, but why am I not getting my emails?

  1. Refer to questions 1b and 2 first. If those answers do not resolve your problem, verify that your email address is accurate on your BBrosConnects account.
  2. Login to your account. (If you have problems logging into your account, please refer to questions 3-5 of GENERAL QUESTIONS)
  3. Click on My Account, in the upper right corner of the screen (if you are not already on that page). Your email address is on the My Account Details page.
  4. Verify that your email account mailbox is not full.
  • When did you sign up? Emails are sent each week on Thursday at 10 am. If you signed up after that time, you will receive your first email next Thursday.
  • If you are using your work email, check with your IT department, to see if they have certain blocks on their system which could restrict you from receiving emails from us.
